Holy Trinity's Extended Day Program has been designed as a service to parents and as a benefit to students. Students are placed in age-appropriate groups, provided with a snack, given an opportunity to play outdoors, begin homework, and offered a variety of indoor activities. Extended Day is available only on regularly scheduled school days. There is no Extended Day on the afternoons prior to Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter, during vacation periods, or other "No Class" days. When school opens one or two hours late, Extended Day will be similarly delayed. There will be no after-school Extended Day when school closes early due to inclement weather.
Hours of Operation
Morning- 7:00-8:15 am. (grades 1-4)
- 7:00 - 8:40 am (PS/K)
- 7:00 - 8:20 am (grades 5-8)
Afternoon
- 3:05 -6:00 pm (PS)
- 3:25 - 6:00 pm (/K)
- 3:25 - 6:00 pm (grades 1-4)
- 3:30 - 6:00 pm (grades 5-8)
Fees: Fees, contracts, and plan options are available from the business office. In the Middle School, families are charged hourly rates since many of the students are involved in after-school activities and clubs.

Signing In/Out: For security reasons, students must be signed in/out by a parent or designated contact person. All families MUST sign their child in/out on a daily basis on the designated sheet. Failure to sign the paperwork will result in the maximum Drop-In Rate of $12.00 for am and $18.00 for pm care.
Late Pick-ups: There is an additional fee of $2.00/min or $5/min (when late pick-ups for the semester exceed 4 times) after 6:00 p.m. The late fee must be paid within 24 hours of that evening.
