How do I apply for admission to Holy Trinity for my child?

When are admissions decisions made?
Holy Trinity has a rolling admissions policy, which means that we accept applications on a year-round basis. Admissions decisions are made by an admissions committee. Please review our admission committee process for clarification.   Go back

Does Holy Trinity offer financial aid?
A limited amount of financial aid is available to parents of Kindergartners through 8th grade. The financial aid application is completed online at www.sss.nais.org.  All necessary financial papers must be submitted by the first week of January for applications to be processed and for funds to be awarded before the beginning of the new school year.    Go back

How much does it cost to go to Holy Trinity?
The tuition fees is set annually by the Board of Trustees. Every effort is made to keep tuition at a reasonable level while providing a quality environment and education for every Holy Trinity student.    Go back

Do you have a before and after care program?
Yes. A variety of plans are offered for the convenience of our parents demanding schedules.     Go back
 

Where do Holy Trinity students go to high school?
Our graduates have been accepted to high schools such as Archbishop Spalding High School, DeMatha Catholic High School, Eleanor Roosevelt High School (Science and Technology Program), Sidwell Friends School, The Maderia School, Georgetown Day School, Gonzaga College High School, Georgetown Prep., St. Alban’s School, The Landon School, St. Anselm's School, Maret School, Sandy Spring Friends School, Severn School, St. John’s College High School, St. Mary’s High School, Georgetown Visitation School, Bullis School, Bishop McNamara High School, St. Vincent Pallotti High School, Bowie High School (Summit Program), and others. A significant number of our students receive academic and music scholarships.     Go back

Do you have transportation?
No, our families often carpool with each other.     Go back

What are the school hours?
Each division has specific arrival and departure times to ensure that each student arrives and departs from school on time.      Go back 
 
What are the sizes of the classes?
There are up to 22 places in each class from 5th to 8th grade. The Discovery program (3-year-olds) and the Explorer program (4-year-olds) can accept16 students per class, while the Kindergarten to 4th grade can accept up to 20 in each class.    Go back 

Do you have a Summer Camp?
Yes, our summer camp program runs from early June through mid August.      Go back

Is there a uniform code?
Students from 1st to 8th grade wear uniforms. Children in the preschool/kindergarten division must wear attire that is age and grade appropriate.    Go back

Is there a parent/teacher organization?
Yes, this organization is called the “HTSA” and it is run by our wonderful parents. The organization's role is to host community-building events for our families.   Go back
