Pointillism

Our 8th grade students learn about the art style called Pointillism. It's technique is called stippling: the process of creating an art piece with all dots and no lines; giving the impression of blending. The students have embraced this concept while studying famous artists Georges Seurat and Chuck Close, our ancient and modern-day masters of pointillism. The students are finding this experience exhilarating and a task worth completing. The results are amazing!
